I found my bass have slightly more relief under Gstring(E_0.2mm;0.008inch / G_0.5mm;0.02inch)
Sinve my bass dont have "string hole" on body and on the bridge, I cant do "string thru body" thing.
Am using 105 85 65 45
And string height is E-2.5mm A-2.25mm D-2.0 G-1.8mm
Is there any way to give more tension only on the E string?

How are you measuring relief? Appreciate the pics but they don’t help much. I would expect each side to be relatively close which is not the case given your measurements.

Looking at pic 20240307_212230-jpg...
makes me think there is too much curve under the G string.

I would straighten the neck slightly by tightening the trussrod a little. That will lower the G string action, but you will probably then need to raise the E string, possibly the A as well. That should accomodate the bigger movement of the larger strings.

That should create a better balance of string clearances.
It depends on your style.

Ideally, an over-plucked string should rattle all along the neck, rather than one end or the other. Don't rely on the specs alone: they should confirm afterwards what you have produced by adjusing and testing
