I need something that's loud, and can crank out low mids like a champ. Considering SVT-7 pro (something like that, I can't remember.) but I know nothing of this amp and cab wizardry, so help me out, bass brothers.

The title was supposed to say "Amp and cab," but my autocorrect has foiled my plans once again. Mesa huh? I like some of the Mesa amps I played in GC. What's a good cab to go with it?
Looking at my local Craigslist I see a used GK 700 RB-II & an 8 ohm SWR Goliath III 4x10 for ~$700. That or something similar should get the job done for most gigs.

For a loud ass head, if you can find a used Carvin B1500 they are absolute beasts. I owned one at one point and had power for days.
Hartke HA3500 and a 4.5XL cab- Probably under 700 new.

Ampeg: Pro Series - SVT-7PRO does anyone have any experience with this amp? Used they're 400, I'm sure I could get a decent cab to match it somewhere.
Every August we play a festival gig that has a back lined Carvin B1500>Ampeg 810.
Same rig every year. It's big and loud as XXXX.

Loud enough to be weaponized by the CIA, cranks out low mids and not in fashion (heavy and big) so there are steals to be had. Check your local craigslist and gc used for examples

Old peavey 215 + peavey mark IV head can be had for under $300 usually. If you're looking for something more modern you can get a Hartke LH1000 and a used ampeg 810. Still easily under $700.
