So I have a schecter michael anthony MA-4 and I was looking at some other ones and I see that some of them have this plastic ring around the pickups but mine don't

What is the purpose of this and where can I get this?

Pickup rings to hide the rout in the wood. Cosmetic. I would email or call Schecter.

They sell the Michael Anthony pickup set on their web site. Not sure about the rings though.

In addition to cosmetics, maybe the help prevent dust from getting into the pick-up recess?

If all else fails, see if there’s a maker type person or a makerspace group in your area. If so there’s a good chance can get someone to 3D print a set for you. I’m guessing there are probably some TB members who also have access to a 3D printer and might be willing to help you out.

Yep, I think that's why they have the rings - a nod to the older BB models (the current generation doesn't use these any more, they've now got Fender standard style pickups so they're easier to swap out if you want something different.)

You should probably check measurements in case the Schecter pickups are different from the Fender standard. If you want ones that look exactly like your picture the best bet is probably to contact Schecter.
