Sterling by MusicMan isn't Ernie Ball. It says, on that page:
"This part is not intended for Sterling by Music Man instruments. If you need a replacement part for a Sterling by Music Man instrument, please contact them at [email protected]"

But, where did you get the bass from? They (or shipper) won't send (or pay for) a replacement, or exchange the bass?

Beware. I’ve had two tuners break just taking off the strings for the first time, and if it’s a 5 string, the bridge is in the wrong place, your G will fall off the neck. Send it back if you can.

I would try to get it fixed or replaced locally. There have to be a lot of bass players in Chile who have upgraded ro better tuners and probably have something close to what you need sitting in a junk drawer.
I would also try to get the original broken tuner braised back together ( welded with brass) so that you can play your bass.
I bet a local machine shop can do it and then turn down the tuner on a lathe and reassemble it.
Good luck with it.

It’s not worth it. A brand new bass shouldn’t break the first time you change strings.
Moreover, the service department will only replace the bass and not refund.
