Where to order upper truss rod cover for Ibanez BTB 1306E?

I am trying to sell my Ibanez BTB 1306E but it lacks the truss rod cover. Any ideas on where I could find one that delivers to Helsinki?

I didn't manage finding one that is specific for this model (or does it fit with other models' covers?)
