Sorry, could not ressist.
His early work with Paul Young on Stingray is legendary, but I prefere him with D'angelo on album Voodoo. Everyone should listen to it... There is also great trio live with John Mayer (Try!)
Edit: Black Mesiah (D'angelo) album is also great!

+1 That PSP live DVD is completely killer! This tune never fails to astonish me no matter how many times I hear it:
my favorite work by Pino is with D'Angelo (Voodoo, Black Messiah), Erykah Badu (Mama's Gun), Roy Hargrove's RH Factor, Chris Dave's Drumheadz, on the soul, hip-hop side.
