As much as I love the AVRI P bass I've got. .. I voted for the jazz. .. there's a similar CS 60s jazz in my local. .let's just say that if it weren't over $3k I'd go get it! 
I voted for the Ric. But I'll let you off the hook; I already one of my own and it's mine all mine.
Went with the T-Bird to be different. I've only played the Goth Epiphone one but I liked the neck. Neck dive didn't really bother me either.

It has an awesome John Paul Jones style tone. Love how it feels and plays. Love the finish. The action is slightly higher than I like and the truss is maxed so that is the only real downside. I am going to jam with it today. It is great for jamming in a three piece or for when you are playing with one guitar and have to play a bit busier.Nice. And you're happy with it? Please elaborate
Why isn't putting them on the ground and rolling around in them an option?
