I've bought from them twice. I don't recall being blown away by the customer service, or upset by any lack of it. The products were as described. They were good experiences.

Many years ago we were exiled to Pennsylvania and I bought an Atlas stand from them. It was $25-a fair price for an boom stand. I still use it. No complaints from me about Music GoRound. YMMV

I've used them for 2 online purchases. Both basses came exactly as described and pictured, so that was one huge nail biting hurdle out of the way.
One thing I just found out is that even though they deal in used gear, MGR is "fixed price" and will not negotiate price (at least via email or phone).
There used to be a MGR store in my area, and they would deal price in the shop. Good luck.
