Double Bass Who?

A while back I saw a video on here of a gentleman playing a thinline upright bass and inserting sticks between his strings... Who? The video? Thanks TB for your help in advance.

One of the funniest videos I ever saw, I don’t know the “who” but he played with sticks and if I remember it right banged on it with (I think a plastic chain) IDK but it was pure comedy gold. Good luck!
