Who is going to winter NAMM 18?
Are you working? Going to cool event? Just there for the coffee? Share you skinny...

I'm going to be there demoing over at the following companies (some more could be added).

Tsunami Cables
GHS Strings

Unfortunately Mike Lull Guitar Works will not be there.

Is the JT Bass Jam and the Bass Bash.

I'm playing the Guitar Jam at JT Schmid's on Thursday night with Scott Abene.

Winter is coming. Still firming up my plans, but I'll probably be hanging/semi-working at the Marco Bass booth Thurs-Fri-Sat. Looking to work out a performance or two with one or another old friend guitar players. Someone needs to open a cart with real coffee and real beer. I'm looking your way, Bro...

I filled out an attendance application but would be shocked if it goes through. Any tips on how to get clearance to attend? I do not have any sponsorships. If Alembic was displaying I would ask if I could be involved in their both, but they have not done NAMM in a while.

Any ideas?

You could try for the press badge angle. Or maybe work any music store connections you might have, many of my friends have made that work.

Charlie TSK is doing two different versions of the set...One slightly leaning to guitar and the other one to bass...

The Guitar night is Thursday of the show at JT Schmits for the Guitar Jam we are going on later like 9:30 :thumbsup:...It going to be killer

Cool, and what time is your Bass Bass set? In any case, I'm sure we'll bump into each other somewhere along the way. I'll have a few new shiny things at the Marco Bass booth (#4211), just finishing up the first one this morning actually.

Hmmm...might just be able to make that work. Time to start bugging my local friends who have cars, as I'll be hoofing it all week. The Bass Bash lineup is very stout, normally I'd be all over that. But as you know, so many cool sets, so little time.

I was going back and forth on attending. But yesterday purchased an air ticket, so yeah, I'll be there! No, I am not a participating artist nor a vendor, but of course I will hang some at the Dingwall, Genzler, And Bergantino booths. Hope Jeff has his new 410 cab and I am interested in seeing what Sheldon brings to the table; hope he has some 6-string NG2s.
Any TBers that want to say hello please do so - I am a beer drinker so anyone who has suggestions of social events/places or wants to meet up please PM me. I will be there Tuesday evening - Friday evening, leaving Saturday.
