Wiring for specific setup?

I need a wiring diagram for the pickup setup i want. I have a fender vintera p bass, and i want to add a neck humbucker. Basically the "billy sheehan" setup, but I dont want to do 2 outputs if i dont have to. I want tone and volume control for each pickup, and i want them to both go to the same output. My peavey grind has that wiring setup, but i dont know if i can just copy that considering it has different pickups than the ones im trying to hook up. The humbucker i have is the dimarzio relentless. I was gonna get a yamaha attitude 3 until i discovered that the middle pickup doesnt have tone control. So im building a perfect blend of what i want. Peavey Grind wiring is what you want. Even the 500k pots are what is recommended for relentless. Grind uses 0.047uf caps. Should work as well.
