WTH am I looking for? Dummy Load???

I am having brain flatulence.

I can't remember what the name of the thing I'm looking for. I want to get my head down to a 4-ohm load without adding a cabinet, because it sounds better that way.

All of my searches lead me to attenuators, which I do not want.

Someone help jog my memory.

Second question: Recommend a good one.

Yes, but I don't want to add a second cab. Many of my gigs don't require them, and I am just getting too lazy to pack one.
