Yamaha BB434 w/flatwounds?

I just received a BB434. Very impressed so far. Was wondering what you guys think about replacing the round wounds it came with flats? I have a G&L LB-100 with rounds.

My BB1024X has a set of Chromes for the last 2 years and it sounds awesome with those. Even the J-pu soloed sounds great.
