Zoom B3 1/4 inch outputs no longer work

I was at a gig last week and lost my onstage sound during the 2nd set. I thought my amp blew so I went direct the rest of the night with my ZOOMB3. I used my B3 at home for practice but go out the xlr into a powered speaker. I set up today or a gig with a different amp and had no sound. I did some cord swapping and some trouble shooting and come to find out neither of my 1/4 inch output work on the ZOOM B3.
Any ideas?

Strange, I've never heard of this happening before, to anyone.
So the tuner function still works ok? ie. input into the B3.

I'd be taking it apart to look for a loose connection if mine went that way.
I'd imagine there'd be a common earth wire to both 1/4" outputs. I can't help but wonder if it's broken loose.

(Hope fully this response will prompt someone who has had theirs apart to chime in and provide input here. Even if it's to tell me I'm wrong or whatever.)
