Zoom B3 Splitter

I searched and couldnt find anything so forgive me if this is a silly question. Is there a pedal that will do what the splitter in the b3 does? Recap: it picks a frequency and allows independent volume above and below the frequency. For example everything above 200hz is at level 60, everything below at level 45...or what have you.

Explain. Is it more complicated than a graphic eq? Because I have a GEQ and didn't get the same effect. Forgive my ignorance on the subject as I don't have experience with parametric eq if thats what you mean.

I thought about that and looked into some, but all I found were ones that had two outputs like a biamp situation. Again though if there are ones I don't know about that would be great!

EDIT - after searching "crossover pedal" it looks like the [sfx] X&M is what I want. Anything similar?
