I thought this would be an interesting discussion.
What pedals do you run alongside your Zoom, and WHY can’t they be replaced completely by your Zoom?
I have both the B3 and B3n. I’m obviously a huge fan, but I found that there’s a few effects that just don’t cut it for me.
I currently run an MA400 headphone amp to mix in music with my tone, and a Boss GEB-7 EQ to save space to run other effects on the Zoom. I’m also planning on adding a Digitech Drop, (No other pedal can touch the pitch shifting of Digitech) and an EHX Analogizer to warm up the signal. I’d also consider a compressor, but since I run mine between my amp and my cab sim; I can’t use an external compressor pedal and get the sound I want.
Tell me your thoughts! What are you running?
