amp goes boom when i turn it off

my amp makes a kinda big short boom whenever i turn it off. I just bought a Harley Benton HB-80B and after i turned it off it did the boom. I tried it a few more times an the boom was still there. This is my first amp so I dont know if this is normal or not. Thanks in advance
