Bass String Identification

That's a common question, especially if we buy a new (or new to us) bass. Here's where we can post details and pics of strings along with the vendor and product names for those strings. Unfortunately, this wiki does not include table support, so we'll have to fake it.
Please stay on topic, or the wiki will become useless.
Photos should be close ups of string ends, showing silks and balls. Descriptions should include at least string type (Round, flat, tape, etc.), material (if known), silk color (if present), and ball colors.
