Michael D. Hall - bassist

Michael D. Hall ("Mike Hall") is a bassist born in Pikeville, Kentucky on November 4, 1956 currently residing in Republic, Ohio. Mike is the older brother of singer, songwriter, guitarist Ricky Gene Hall (Rick Hall). Mike was the bassist on the Rick Hall & the Blues Healers self produced CD in 2004. Mike has been playing bass guitar and upright bass for almost 50 years. He has performed in country, blues, jazz, bluegrass, big band and classical. Mike has been in a number of projects with his brother Rick Hall such as the Blues Healers, the Accused, and Uncle Buster's Bluegrass Review. Additionally, he has performed in the Lusty Lil's music theater at Cedar Point Amusement Park, the Larry Finley Orchestra as well as a number of local musicals.
