Turns out to be almost a month long saga. Cab was damaged internally during shipment. Donn was smart to video his unpacking process and that along with his photos of the carton and my detailed narrative of the saga helped us get a fair claim payment from fedex, after he had the cab repaired (thanks to Don Barry for the quick repair who also built the cab). Ultimately the cab was shipped three times with different tracking numbers. Donn T is a great guy to work with; always thorough and prompt and courteous. Thank you Donn for your many helpful responses along the way to a satisfactory resolution.
