If TB had a hall of fame, I would wholeheartedly nominate Ken as the MVP. Dealing with him turned an unfortunate situation into a great experience. Ken is a super guy who treats others with respect and patience, never failing to go the extra mile and then some. I have copied and pasted Ken’ narrative of our Fedex shipping claim as it isspot on.

Turns out to be almost a month long saga. Cab was damaged internally during shipment. Donn was smart to video his unpacking process and that along with his photos of the carton and my detailed narrative of the saga helped us get a fair claim payment from fedex, after he had the cab repaired (thanks to Don Barry for the quick repair who also built the cab). Ultimately the cab was shipped three times with different tracking numbers.
