I received the bass undamaged, but the case was damaged in shipping. My estimation upon opening the packaging is there wasn't enough bubble wrap to prevent normal shipping damagefrom occurring. Use more/better packing materials. Overall positive experience.

Just got the bass from Roy and this may well have been the most pleasant purchase experience I've ever been a part of. Roy wasn't lying when he said how nice this bass was and was a super nice guy to deal with. If he ever moves ANYTHING in the future, I wouldn't hesitate a split second to deal with him again.
