Admiral Chew is located in the UK. I am in the USA. He alerted me to a few nice pedals listed for local sale in London that he suspected I would like. I got in contact with the seller and he agreed to sell the pedals to Admiral Chew who would ship them to me. Everything worked smoothly: I sent money to Admiral Chew, he then picked up the pedals, tested them, packaged them extremely well, and shipped them to me (after presenting me with multiple shipping options). He went WAY above and beyond the call of duty on this one. You can trust this man unequivocally.

Jacob at Origin Effects was absolutely amazing in facilitating this sale. He located the pedal after its return from photography and sent me an invoice which made payment straightforward. When DHL messed up on the customs forms, he quickly intervened to ensure the pedal reached me without erroneous fees. He's been a true pleasure to deal with and I recommend Origen Effects most highly. About four years ago I purchased a Cali76 TX-L from Origin Effects, but that was through a USA dealer: it's been wonderful to buy directly from Origin Effects. This is, of course, an unusual circumstance, but if I ever have the chance to do so again I most certainly will.
