Mark is an amazing seller! He shipped a 50ish pound Bassman 100T across the United States without hesitation. It was packed with multiple layers of padding and cardboard and the head arrived looking brand new (despite UPS's best efforts). He even gave detailed instructions on power tube installation and warnings on operating tube amps since this was my first tube amp. Can't recommend him enough.

Yeah, like in bubble-warp around the body and headstock, with paper towels between the frets and the strings. Then set in the case, case into a plastic bag, bag wrapped with more bubble wrap and stuffed into an oversized cardboard box with custom bracing holding the case away from the sides and from the ends.
Wow.
And that kind of attention to detail throughout the sale. I wish he was a store...
