We ran into some issues with USPS delaying shipping significantly (USPS's fault, not the seller's at all). Dave handled it like a champ and even went to the post office to inquire about the delay. He communicated clearly and quickly and was gracious and thoughtful throughout the process. The neck arrived well-packaged and perfectly straight. Can't wait to use it on my upcoming build!
