I bought a new Schroeder 1210 from Lamarjones that ended up being damaged in transit due to Fedex. Leo worked with me to ensure that the cab was covered under warranty (which it was) and that I didn't have to go into my pocket for return shipping. Leo also coordinated with Jorg Schroeder to make sure that the transaction worked out to the satisfaction of all involved and I ultimately ended up with a 1210 Light. So a big thumbs-up to Leo and also to Jorg!
