The TT-800 was exactly as pictured and described. Jeff did not have the original box, but he packed the head well. It also arrived ahead of schedule thanks to his using USPS. He did include the manual, hang tags, AC and AC cord. It's a terrific amp, and I am very pleased with it, the price I paid, and the transaction.
