Just got started on the book... Excellent stuff, so far! Thank you!
There was some sort of shipping snafu with my purchase... Don't know why, but my book never showed up. Maybe it'll arrive someday after traveling the world and partaking in many crazy adventures, or maybe it'll be returned to sender, or maybe it's just lost. Whatever the case may be, the first book I ordered never showed up, but Mr. Carey made it right by sending a second copy which I've already started enjoying.
