Communications and an agreement were easy to agree upon for this sale. We might even have been able to make an in-person transaction if not for holiday time traffic that might have made it a little bit difficult.
On that note - I was disappointed with the USPS for how long it took them to deliver a set of strings barely 15 miles within the same state. What should have taken 2 or 3 days max turned into at least 7.
I appreciate TheLarch being understanding about that aspect of our transaction!
