fanned fretted five stringer, actually quite natural adapting to; as the fingers follow the angle of the frets.
Active electronics (which I gave up on in the 90's) are quite useable.
24 frets- wow, never flown above the 19th or 20th fret before.
the lightest 5 string I've played. Very happy with the possibilities this bass will open up for my playing.
