Still dealing with this, NOT sale. This person either intended to rip me off the entire time or had damaged the item and didn't wish to pay for it. He then says it is too warped for him, but he'll 'see if he can use it.' If he could use it we'd need to negotiate a lower price or he'd just have to return it" Which had he not damaged it, smeared me to anyone and everyone, I would've been fine with. Because his comments made me aware of the type of person to which I was dealing. Why would you keep something that t was not compatible with your item, especially since you hadn't even discussed a return option beyond an after the fact threat/ negotiation attempt. So yeah personally belive it was always the plan to defraud and cheat. Especially given all of the information I had and have since received. Immediately after getting it, unbeknownst to me he tried to get paypal to refund his "purchase". However they never received payment from him from him, apparently they weren't his first call claiming "fraud". Paypal was nice enough to fill me in on what he was saying, despite the fact had made proveably, false statements agIainst me. Due to this individual I am considering not selling anything online ever again. It's completely insane what a morally bankrupt person can get away with and face zero consequences unless we take on a fight that the only winner is the corrupt person. They may only better themselves, since they are garbage. This is the first time in my life I'm actually not personally handling punishment aspect of being wronged and letting "society " sort it and see if the law can actually do any sort of meaningful restorative justice.
