    split coil p pickup issue or eq setting question

    I've got a mesa d180 running into two orange 115s and it seems to get a grind or distortion with the LB100 and Sb-2 (it almost sounds like a rat pedal) that it never got with the jazz basses or the L2000 at the same or higher volume, I'll post a pic of my eq in a reply from my phone in a minute...

    Does anyone know of a double magnet (Jazz bass like) split coil 51 style pickup on the market? I've found plenty of split coil, and a couple double magnet versions, but who out there makes a combo of the two?
