200 watt tube amps - anything I should be looking at other than a Matamp GT200?

I own four tube heads: Ampeg V4b, Fender Super Bassman, Trace Elliott V4, Orang AD200. The Orange seems to get most work, based mainly on my guitarist's preference. If the Trace was more reliable (I need to get it looked at) it might sneak ahead as it has rich and creamy in spades. Fact is, they are all great, I have not really found an all-tube head that wasn't other than a Mesa 400+ I went with for a while and did not suit me - but I have a Mesa D800+ that is magic. I do not think in a gig situation there is that much difference between 200 and 300 tube watts with an efficient speaker.

The Fender Super Bassman is 65lbs and 300w thick n creamy too.
Feels a good deal lighter to carry than the SVT-CL and VR
2 Channels too... with blendable overdrive on ch.2 has enabled me to lose my pedals.
Another plus I should mention with the Super Bassman is the two discrete and switchable channels for which I have just found a different use. Doing a double billing shortly with another band and told the bass player he can use my rig which will be Super Bassman plus Fender neo 810. No problems here with adjusting settings as we alternate sets, just take a channel each and everyone will be happy, including the sound guy. Make sharing a rig so simple.

Another slightly lower watt amp is the Benson Gnostic.

You know about the vintage Canadian tube builder Garnet, right. He made some bass tube amps, 100-200 watts and more. I just missed getting the biggest one which I believe was 400 watts here a few years ago. I probably should be glad I didn't get it, I'm sure it weighed a ton.

Science! I am not an owner of one of these, but being based in Seattle, plenty of bands use them up here and they sound (and look) incredible.

Mother

This looks pretty great, time for some research.

Can confirm, the mother is pretty awesome. Hiwatt-ish preamp with an overdrive option and FAC-like depth control.

I don't want to hype them too much because I might try to find another one but if you have a preamp you like or want to use the effects loop out signal from another tube head the Peavey Classic 120/120 is 240 watts bridged and is 55 lbs. Mine is 70 lbs with the rack case. Many times cheaper than most of the amps mentioned in this thread and they are powerful.
