4003 or 4003s

California Clear Air regs went into effect then. Every company who finishes musical instruments there including Taylor, Fender, EBMM, and others, use pretty much that same finish now. But it's just Ric that can't seem to figure out how to properly apply it. It's been SEVEN YEARS now.

There is always the Walnuts if you don't want the finish issues.

Thanks! I have a real soft spot for Rickenbackers because my first quality bass was a single pickup, Rickenbacker 4000. The simple unbound look with dot inlays on the 4003s really have the look I love. I also am used to the single input too. Needless to say, the 4003s sounds great!

Whenever I get a Rickenbacker I will have gone full circle.

Tuxedo is not an official term for Jetglo with WT, however, a good friend of mine "officially" calls that the Oreo bass!
