What is a Christopher Double-Bass Guitar?
Designed to answer the age old question "how can I make my electric bass sound more like a double bass?" The Christopher DBG is a fully carved, arcthop acoustic bass with a 34" scale lenth. It uses real double bass strings and a state of the art dual piezo pickup and pre-amp system to pack as much Double-Bass tone and feel as possible into an electric bass sized instrument.

Top and Back Grading:
A-Grade tops and backs sound as good as every other grade including Master. The only differences are cosmetic. Compared to higher grade tops A-grade will have one of more of the following: wider, less even, less straight grain, more color, a branch shadow or a repaired pitch pocket. Compared to higher grade backs, A-grade backs will have one of more of the following less curly figure, uneven color, small blemishes.
