My guess is that they settled out of court or Canna Guitars doesn't have the teams of lawyers and deep pockets that Eminence likely does. They could go bankrupt fighting this for years.I'm surprised Eminence has not been sued by CannaGuitars for using the name of its CannaBass product. Maybe the companies attorney's were, ah, distracted?

Either that or they submitted a lawsuit and it just hasn't come to light yet because the system is overwhelmed.
I'm an engineer with a low tolerance for marketing BS, and a lower tolerance for virtue signaling. I'd be happy to know more about the actual technical and other advantages of hemp fibers in their product, and maybe even the CBD coating, but this whole thing just reads like a college sophomore marketing intern project. It can't be taken seriously.
As far as being legal for recreational use in 23 states, that doesn't mean much. I live in one of those states. People were already stupid enough before it became legal, but I'll say no more.
I, too, am very curious about exactly what CBD oil mixture they're using, how much they're applying, where and how exactly.
Maybe one day, in the distant future likely, I'll try doing some A/B comparisons. Before and after a CBD oil coating. If someone else is willing, please do!
