Like Victor, this guy uses his techniques to a musical end. I enjoyed that.
Saw this video floating around Facebook a month or so ago. I probably watched it 3 times in a row when I first stumbled upon it. Very musical display of technique and talent.
I've watched it too many times to remember, and I never grow tired of seeing it!

Yeah, I like that. It's a song first, the slap just happens to be the way he's playing it. It's not a technique display even though the dude is clearly very good.
I figured some guys who aren't really into slapping would appreciate the video.
I look at this like I view Michael Jackson, Prince and others...

I like the video below even better... however, I'd love to hear to this on a wood-necked bass. Graphite necks really showcase their "plastic-ness" when they're slapped -- they just can't achieve that woody sweetness.
