First Set of TI Jazz Flats - NICE!

I have only two regrets, musically.
1. That I kept taking my TI's off thinking I might find a string I like better. Nope. Ain't happening.
2. That I didn't buy a Godin A4 when they came out. I absolutely love the sound of them.

LOL i have taken them off so many times and spend hundreds of dollars on other strings and there is just nothing like them. they are magnificent.

Back on the TI kick myself with my Sadowsky PJ 5. It's a used set I had on a Fender PJ 5, also an active bass. Trying to cure gas for a purely passive P 5 with flats.

Honestly, not in love with sound at home through Line 6 thing into computer with headphones. Sadowsky pre already ads mild hair to the sound, and it is made more fuzzy or pizza with TIs.

But I remember that being the case before re home practice. Can't wait to gig live with V4B stack. I used to gig TIs a ton but with totally different, sealed cab and different head.

Gig next Friday will be true test.

I recently switched from D'Addario chromes to the TI flats on my P-Bass. I couldn't be happier. Nothing against the chromes, but the TIs work so well for me; especially in terms of feel. I LOVE the tension, as I'm into "bouncy" strings.
Also switched from Chromes to TIs (about a year ago) and majorly feel in love with the low tension. If you like bouncy, you should try them tuned down, I tune mine to B and they've got some serious boing!
