First time neck adjustment. Encountered buzz

Just an update - since then, I kept turning every day, and it seems that ever 1/2 or 2/3 gives me 0.01 less relief.
Maybe this truss rod is not working properly. Right now it is 0.17. So probably it will need one more full turn or more to get to 0.15.

If you’ve been giving it 1/2 a turn or more a day since last Tuesday and it’s now HIGHER than it was then, I’d highly recommend that you find a professional. It’s either broken or you’re turning it the wrong way.

I think what happened was that I did not slide in the feeler gauge perfectly parallel to the fret at the time. I have to do it very carefully a few times, that it does not have any angle, or is not bent backwards because I pressed toward the fret.
