Watcha wanna do is leave those beautiful acoustics at home, and get something smaller for the clubs; I love an old ampeg 8x10 cab, and couldn't part with it, but they are just too big to be lugging around these days, esp when most (all?) clubs have great sound systems... : )

I love the (my) big old stuff too, but these days most any club (even the smallest of dive bars) have great PA set ups that you can literally get away with playing out with a 1x15 combo amp (ducks head and runs for cover... hahaha).... : )
