Even cheaper - they have a white USA SB-2 body for $165 which you could pair with a $200 USA LB-100 neck. $365 total for a USA neck and body. Once you add pickups, hardware, and a pickguard, my guess is it would be around $600-$700 depending on what you choose.

How do you like the Fallout? I’m intrigued by it, but can’t find it in stock anywhere to try it out.

I bought a clearance Fallout about a year ago and it is now my main bass. Picked up a JB-2 a couple months before but the Fallout just worked for me. Am so happy with it. Played an ‘81 L2K I bought new but the weight was becoming too much. Still love it but for playing out the Fallout is just awesome.
