I threw together a quick little graphic promo splash for my homepage. That will likely be a temporary thing since I change that top level graphic whenever anything interesting comes down the pike.

Woo hoo! Jeff Genzler tells me the new Series 2 2x10 cabinets (BA2-210-3STR and BA2-210-3SLT) will ship tomorrow, so I should have those cabs in stock by the end of the week!

The 112 cabs are still a couple weeks out.

Thanks to @3rdcurve for alerting me to the fact that I didn't have the MG-350-CRADLE kit on my website. I just added it to the website, and I ordered several of the cradles from Genzler. They're supposed to ships today, so that should show as "in stock" on my website no later than Monday or Tuesday.

Just a heads up that there's a modest price increase coming on Genzler stuff effective 5/31 (so just a week away).

The recently announced Bass Array Series 2 cabs were announced with the new pricing in mind, so they're staying the same. The only exception is the BA10-2-S2 that came out a while back: it will be going up from $749.99 to $799.99.

Most of the other products (heads, combos, cabs, covers & parts) are also going up. I don't see any really big jumps, just keeping up with inflation...

Jeff has kindly offered to honor current pricing through the end of this week, so if you are thinking about anything Genzler... this is the week to stop thinking about it. :) Shoot me a PM if you'd like a quote on anything. That goes for stuff that I have in stock or stuff that I would need to have Jeff drop ship for us.

This is fun. I took a quick shot of a G&L bass that's passing through the store today, and I just noticed that I have a small mountain of Genzler boxes behind the bass. LOL

FWIW - this is how I store everything. I try to keep everything new-in-the-box for your peace of mind and mine.

I am looking at purchasing the Genzler Magellan 800 after a long hard wait, contemplation, and research with the Mesa/Boogie Subway 800+. For those that are using the Genzler Mag 800, what do you think of the amp? Pros/cons? Has it ever "cut out"? Is it reliable? Please add anything else you may think is relevant. Thanks in advance! -Bill

I'm sure it's very reliable, but even more important is the folks that stand behind the product (@Jeff Genzler and @agedhorse, in particular). And me. :)

Any individual product can have a defect, but it sure makes me rest easy when I know the folks that made it will have my back. I imagine the Mesa folks are great with that, too, but I KNOW the Genzler folks are.

If you're looking at a used one, then that could complicate support and you might have to hope the seller is a good egg. But even then, a repair solution would most likely be reasonable.

Just a reminder that our May Special is on Genzler gear (and GHS strings), so that runs out at midnight on 5/31. Also, the Genzler price increase goes into effect on 5/31, so you really might want to take advantage of the May Special on or before 5/30.

I stayed late tonight to update all the Genzler pricing, I didn’t want to have to do that in a hurry tomorrow morning.

So everything on my site should now be showing at the new prices. I’ll do a sanity check on that in the morning, and there are some new covers I still need to add for the new series 2 bass array cabs.

Work, work, work. LOL

After a couple corrections this morning, all of the Genzler pricing looks correct now!

I also added the new Bass Array Series 2 covers to the website and placed an order for some of those. Those usually take just 2-3 days to make and ship to me, so I should have them in about a week.

There are no photos available for the new covers yet, these will be the first ones made. Look at me blazing a trail. Hah!

OK, the cover order is cooking, so we're still on track to receive those in about a week.

Also, the new Bass Array Series 2 1x12 cabinets are expected to start shipping early next week. I've got one of each (BA2-112-3STR and BA2-112-3SLT) on order to start with, but I do plan to double up on those as soon as my cash flow permits.

Speaking of cash flow. Now that my May Special on Genzler gear is over, I'm going to publicly publish the discount on the original Bass Array cabinets that I have left in stock. The MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policy has been suspended on these cabs since they are no longer in production, so I'm showing 15% off right there in plain view on my website now.
