Double Bass GR Bass Acoustic Cube

I pulled the trigger on this in May. Played it a bit. There was a slight hum that I thought might be coming from my power. The hum began to get worse and I reached out to GR. They sent me a flat cable that looked different than the one inside the amp. I replaced it got worse. Back and forth for like a month. Now, they would like me to pay shipping both ways to and from Italy. It is a great sounding amp with a lightweight appeal that is amazing. This sort of thing is unacceptable. I I’ll be retuning it and will never consider GR amps again. Perhaps a cabinet but this hum is so loud and permeates everything. Both channels. It calls into question their quality control, customer service, and reliability. Buyer beware. This is not the passing of the flame from AI or EA. Now I’m open to suggestions for a lightweight, powerful, 2 channel amp with phantom power.
