You say ok. Watch them shoot and then give a critique of their playing issues and let them know it sounds like the bass is out of tune. You should always help others.
Oh gee! When you wind down, appreciate the irony of your post.
You guys are right. I'm a horrible person.
But a horrible person with a sense of humor is more fun than a good guy without one.
So someone "asked" for you to not play for a few seconds while they got a little video of a younger bass player. The answer is simple. It is either "No problem!" or "Hit the road, Jack." It wasn't just a few seconds. I realize that the original post allows reading into it certain nuances that aren't explicitly conveyed, but if I went into deep detail, nobody would read it. I'm usually a pretty chill person.
You are correct in that I didn't read all of the subsequent posts. But even if it were for 5 minutes, it should not have been a problem. If more than that, it would have pissed most people off that were serious about buying the Markbass Ninja. Did you end up buying it? It looks like a nice rig. I have Markbass stuff and it is great!
Please stand clear of the door? From the monorail?
I only got a few notes out of it. It sounded nice but went to another GC and tried their cab and wasn't impressed as much. Eh, I guess they saved me $800.
On a positive note, it wasn't something you actually did, so there's still some hope for you.
Are there any famous musicians who play Markbass??

Marcus Miller, Michael League, Jeff Berlin off the top of my head.
