How do I adjust this one string height on the three-point bridge of an Epiphone Jack Casady?

I see! Thanks for explaining!
That's nice, I'll check out at my local retail shop if I can find anything that could fit.

Thanks for the tip, I'll check that out as well!

The music store probably won’t have those bars. Someone on the US eBay used to sell them but I just made my own. Your repair person might be able to make one if you don’t want to.

What glue did you use?

Sorry, by retail shop, I meant a Home Depot style shop.
I ran into some ads on eBay and Reverb, but from the US to France would be absurdly expensive for such a small piece. I think I'll try to get some tube or stock from a home improvement retailer and will try to make one.

That was some polymer glue I borrowed from a neighbor who's a handyman. Dude told me that's what he uses to stick metal on wood or anything on anything else, almost like putty but sticky.

Got it. That probably would have been a good place for epoxy but I’d also sit and have a think about it before I did anything. How well the inserts fit and the general condition of things can make a difference.

By epoxy I also mean good epoxy and not the 5 minute stuff that’s typically available at the stores here. West Systems or Total Boat.

Yeah, honestly I'll have a luthier have a look. Based on how's the review there, I'll see what there is to do.

Noted! I'll keep that in mind if I stick to this solution. Thank you!
