The advertising is getting REALLY intrusive 'round here. Many times while typing a response to a thread an ad will change and anything I type does not show up, even after repeated attempts.

These are pretty much all video ads and most can fill almost a 1/3 of a typical page.

Now this just happened? What's going on here?

Are you running any additional software that could be injecting these? I’ve never seen anything like what you’re posting pics of, and I’m sure with hundreds of thousands of user sessions we’d have at least several other reports of this kind of behavior…

Sorry, I didn't see this till just now. My Mac does not have anything beyond the simple basic stuff like Photoshop Elements, Transcribe!, Canon's Digital Photo Professional, and Audacity. Nothing out of the ordinary. I don't play games on it (I am pretty boring, actually .

Yeah, I'm getting them too. On the Smasung browser and Chrome. Little square videos that pop up. They stay for 30 seconds or something, then go away and pop up again. Do they stop if you have a supporting member status? That stops some of the ads.

I'm getting them on the mobile site, using Chrome on an android. Every new TB page I load pops one up. Once closed I don't get any more unless I navigate to a new page

Tonight I started getting these little pop-up videos that appear every few seconds then disappear!

I got an ad a day or two ago that filled the screen and had to exit TB to resolve.

For those on Android I suggest getting a program called AdGuard. It works very well and the cost is reasonable. Take a look at this screenshot and see how many ads it's blocked just in the last 24 hours. Added benefit of having the ability to share a YouTube video to the program and it will remove all the ads. Some content creators can block the ability to run it in a third party but for the majority of them it works just fine. It's Well supported by the developers and the ad server list is updated frequently. After using it for three or four years now I can't see ever having a smartphone that doesn't have this program installed.
