The second one is much clearer. The syncopation is clearly visible; in example one it must be deduced.

I like #2, as a sightreader of jazz charts. That staccato in the middle is highly style-dependent, and writing it like that allows it to be played as needed. More fully specifying it as in the other examples may overconstrain things. When you read jazz charts you do so with both ears open to what's happening around you, as jazz rhythms aren't readily transcribed. There are some styles, for example, where the first two sixteenths (or the sixteenth and the first half of the staccato eighth) might well be "micro-swung", others where the pattern would be played with exactitude.
