My only regret is, being a flatwound/pressurewound user, my purchases from BSO are few and far in between.

I do try to promote Jason and his business every chance I get around here, though.

Same with me, I am not much of a consumer. Which makes his approach even better, giving time to people who will order from him only once or twice a year.

Jason is awesome to deal with. I had a issue once, ordered strings and the wrong set was shipped to me. Jason handled it very well. I will not buy strings from anywhere else.

I don't know, in the delivery instructions I asked for a funny drawing (an elephant trying to drive a Mini Cooper I think) and nary a pachyderm was found.

I buy SO much more than strings from BSO. They have an amazing selection of accessories, and now they're even selling basses and amps. It's great to see an honest business succeed.

I'm still disappointed that he's a young normal looking guy with a staff and a business rather than an old Gandalf/Lee Sklar kind of hermit with a musty old house filled floor to ceiling with bass strings. But I guess it's okay.

Great guy....great company...only place I'm buying strings from for now on. I love the fact that he's expanding the things he has now as well...I've gone to a few other online retailers for pickups and electronics...I like that he's expanding there.

I once checked into purchasing a GK cab from BSO, but unfortunately, the shipping fee to Canada was so ridiculous it simply wasn't worth it.

This is when it really sucks to be a Canuck.

I buy strings every change I get from Jason. Because my string changed are probably further apart than they should be, I occasionally buy treble strings for my brother from his "other" store.

He's wonderful to deal with. Better than that, he doesn't make me feel like an idiot for asking stupid questions.

GREAT personal service from Jason. My latest purchase from BSO is for a short scale bass with a tailpiece, so shorty strings will not fit. I sent a photo and measurements to Jason and he helped me pick the right strings. Who else would do that??
