Mixer on top of amp head OK?

I'm having a hard time finding a proper place to put either my amp or my mixer. Now I thought maybe I could do this:

The mixer is a Mackie MCU Pro with motorized faders and it weighs 11.8lbs / 5.4kg. Do you think this arrangement can cause problems?

The only issue that I could foresee is the mechanics of the motorized faders ending up with an artificially short lifespan due to the vibrations from the cabinet (if indeed the mixer is sitting on the head which is sitting on the cabinet - looks like that's the case in the picture, at least).
In my line of work, we subject our electronic products to HALT - Highly Accelerated Life-cycle Testing which includes many hours on the shake and vibe table. Motors are highly susceptible to vibration over time and will generally fail long before the electronic components do.

I had a "shake and bake" table for accelerated aging years ago, but these days experience and modeling goes a long way towards getting to the same place... and it's so much quieter ;)

Well, thank you for all the replies!

I won't quote them all because all the concerns are on vibration as far as I understood. But there's no cab under the amp. It's a solid box under it. I've been looking for a solid stand for a while though.

The thing is I'm close to moving into a larger place soon so I'll most likely get to place things properly then.

Why not just get an inexpensive small mixer stand?

Problem solved.
Unfortunately the two devices need to share so much footprint on the floor.

Sucks to be stuck in a small room with so much gear. This gave me a great relief though, but only so much:

At least the basses don't occupy so much room anymore. Plus I get dust off of the strings, prolonging string life... Still very difficult to keep the keys and the amp and the mixer at arms distance and still be able to get in and out.

I really like that idea. Bass in a drawer! Brilliant.
