muscles pain (update )

Your action does look a bit high to me. But that's not the main problem. Most importantly: You need to relax and reposition your thumb. Put your hand flat and relaxed on top of a table or desk, with your palm facing down. Just relax for a minute and let all the tension go away. Then gently rotate your wrist so your hand is palm up. Everything is still open and relaxed. Nothing is curled, bent, or pinched. This is my recommended left hand technique. :)

Good advice. The OP has been offered similar advice in another thread he posted back in June. So...it appears that he chooses to either ignore the advice or has forgotten about it.

But isn't on that position the thumb go near index instesd of go-between index and middle?

How should I warm up ?
As others have mentioned; slow easy stuff up around the 9 to 12 fret range. Stick to one string at first. The object is just to get your fingers and hand moving for a few minutes. You can add a bit of fun to it by coming up with your own patterns like 1234,1324,1423 etc while also trying to keep your unused fingers as close to or even on the strings. It doesn’t take me near as long to warmup in the summer time so with you being in a hot country it shouldn’t take too long. Hammer ons and pull offs should not be done in the first 15-20 minutes and since you’re having trouble now try not doing them for a week.

Your action doesn't look too bad at the 12th fret but you could still try lowering at the bridge a little. But I don't think that is your main problem at all. Your thumb definitely does bend in some sharp angles. Its probably hereditary or somehow linked to your job or something you do regularly. Even in a resting position it looks like that 2nd thumb joint bends backwards. I'm guessing most people can't make their thumbs bend like that even if they use their other had to bend it back.
There probably wont be any easy fix. I'd say take it easy, keep exercising. And it might even be worth seeing a doctor about it if possible.

It's long story ,I can keep it normal if I want it .
The deformation is do to my childhood lack of vitamin d .
I didn't receive enough shot and cuase deformation.
I don't know that cause problme ,maybe my thumb pad isn't in right place .

Ouch man, hope you can make it work for you somehow. But if it continues to give you trouble Remember that there are lots of ways you can make music, keys, drums, vocals, etc
